Manufactured by Herbert Terry & Sons, Redditch, England. ‘The Anglepoise’, designed by George Carwardine in 1933, revolutionized task lighting in commercial applications and very soon after in the home. 

Industrial style. Perfect for a work table, desk, or reading lamp. Switch on lampshade to turn on. Completely adjustable to various heights and positions! Very heavy/sturdy cast iron base.
